为什么这里regard as要把as the center部分放到前面？
原句：We all tend to regard as the center that special place where we are know, where we know others, where things mean much to us, and where we ourselves have both identity and meaning：school, famil, town, and the local region could all be our center of the world.
与为何ourselves与有大家我们的意思了，还要加we？

regard Aas B，觉得A是B，把A 视为B。其中as B为宾补。
当宾语A比较长，譬如宾语为一个名词带有比较复杂的定语从句，等到宾语说完了，听话人可能已经忘了谓语动词为什么了。这样的情况下，就把宾语后移至宾补之后，这种现象称为宾语后移（而不是宾补前移），即英语句子尾重的原则。有时虽然宾语不长，但为了突出宾语，也可以把宾语后移到宾补之后，这就是句末信息中心的意思。
反身代词作同位语，是为了强调。不需要反身代词，意思也一样，但没了强调的意味。
